Description

The IKD 1 can be used to expand the number of digital inputs/outputs on Kuhse controls of the KEA 3X0 series. Per extension board 8 digital inputs and 8 relay outputs are available. It is possible to connect one or more IKD 1 units to the genset controls (see table Combinable products).

The connection to the KEA 3X0 genset control is made by CAN bus. If more than one IKD 1 relay extension is connected to a KEA 3X0 genset control, the extension boards have to be addressed. For this purpose, the DPC adapter from the connection starter set KEA 320 / KEA 350 is required.
