The easYview 10-060 touch panel is a 10-inch touchscreen remote control and display unit for KEA 3X0 series generator set controllers and LS-6XT switch controllers. The easYview 10-060 complements rear-panel mounted controllers such as the KEA 320 RP / KEA 350 RP / LS-6XT, which do not have their own display. It enables operation with minimal cabling effort at the control cabinet door, whilst all voltage connections exceeding 24V DC remain safely on the rear panel.
The easYview 10-060 offers all the operating and display options provided by the KEA 320 / KEA 350 display variants on a single touchscreen. This compact HMI solution can be connected to multiple controllers, regardless of the KEA 3X0 variant (one KEA 3X0 can always be selected and made available for access).
The easYview 10-060 provides switchgear manufacturers, generator set control suppliers and system integrators with a ready-to-use HMI option for any application requiring secure remote control, monitoring and visualisation (e.g. hospitals, data centres, oil rigs, gas-to-power applications for landfill sites or wastewater treatment).
The easYview features various operating modes:
- In Remote HMI mode, the easYview connects to one or more KEA 3X0 or LS-6XT controllers via a VNC connection (over Ethernet) and displays the remote HMI screens of the connected controllers. Depending on the screen size of the easYview (7‘, 10’ or 15"), 1, 2 or 4 different remote HMI screens can be displayed simultaneously. This mode is suitable for detailed connection to a single controller and supports troubleshooting, commissioning, parameterisation, alarm/event logging, etc.
- In miniSCADA mode, the easYview connects to multiple KEA 3X0 or LS-6XT controllers via a Modbus TCP connection and provides plant-level visualisation. This mode is designed to keep operating personnel informed during regular operation and maintenance by visualising frequently occurring/important values, usually from a system perspective, without going into detail. The miniSCADA mode also features an integrated remote HMI function.
- In cascaded remote HMI mode, one easYview (Master) establishes a connection to up to 5 KEA 3X0 controllers (with a running VNC server). Up to 9 easYview (slave) units can be connected to the easYview (master). The remote HMI screens can be identical or different on the master and slave easYview HMIs.
